GENERALITIES♡ SIGNATURE OF THE ARTISTEach commission must have my signature, if you do not want it to be in the commission, you must pay the 20% of the price of the commission for its elimination.♡ EDITABLE FILEIf you wish the editable file of the commission, you must pay the 30% of the price of the commission.♡ WORKS OF ART CANNOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. This may have an additional cost.♡ COMMISSIONS MAY BE POSTEDYou have the opportunity to tell me the date you wish the commission might be published (no longer than a month), but if you don't want your commission to be published on my social networks, you must pay the 15% of the price of the commission for PRIVATE USE.♡ PERSONAL - COMMERCIAL USEIf you want to market the work of art, you must pay the 50% of the price of the commission.IMPORTANT NOTEAfter you generate the payment (or make the first payment), you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.

PAYMENT METHOD AND PROCESS♡ Payment will be made through PayPal.♡ I only accept bank transfers or deposits if you are from Mexico.♡ Full prepayment: If the full commission is paid, you will have priority in your delivery.♡ Installment payments:* the total payment can also be divided into 2 or 3 installments, which will correspond to the order processes (first payment for sketches, second payment for base colors and third payment for final coloring). This installment plan can be customized.
AT LEAST ONE FIRST PAYMENT IS ALWAYS NEEDED TO START THE COMMISSION.♡ NO REFUNDS*
In case of canceling the commission, it will be stopped and delivered until the most recent progress (sketch, flat color, rendering, etc.) of the artwork. Chargebacks are not accepted.

WAY OF WORKING*♡ Updates/WIPs will be delivered throughout the process (sketches, flat color, rendering, etc.).♡ Only 3 major changes are allowed DURING THE SKETCH PHASE.* After you approve it and start coloring, only minor changes (color, shadows, or highlights) will be accepted.♡ Changes of body structure, pose, perspective, etc., are not accepted once the sketch is approved and the coloring has begun.♡ If you wish to do any change in the body structure, pose or perspective, once the coloring has started, you must have to pay an extra percentage of the total of the commission.

GENERALIDADES♡ FIRMA DE LA ARTISTATodos los dibujos tendrán mi firma correspondiente. Si no deseas que mi firma aparezca en tu comisión deberás de pagar un 20% extra del precio total de la comisión para que ésta pueda ser retirada.♡ ARCHIVO EDITABLESi deseas el documento editable deberá de pagarse un 30% extra del precio total de la comisión para su obtención.LOS TRABAJOS NO PUEDEN SER ALTERADOS BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA SIN MI PERMISO Esta acción presenta un costo extra.♡ LA COMISIÓN SERÁ PUBLICADA EN MIS REDES SOCIALESEl cliente tiene la oportunidad de elegir cuándo se puede publicar la obra (tiempo no mayor a un mes). Si el cliente desea que la obra no se publique, esto representará un costo extra del 15% del precio total de la comisión para su uso privado.♡ USO COMERCIAL Y PERSONALSi se desea lucrar con la comisión se deberá de pagar un 50% del precio final de la comisión para que ésta pueda tener usos comerciales (impresiones para compra-venta)NOTA IMPORTANTEDespués de generar el pago, el cliente está aceptando los términos y condiciones establecidos en éste sitio web.

METODO Y PROCEDIMIENTO DE PAGO♡ Los pagos serán hechos por medio de Paypal.♡ Sólo acepto transferencias bancarias o depósitos si resides en México.♡ Pago completo: Si el pago de la comisión se hace completo, tendrás prioridad de entrega en tu comisión.♡ Pago por partes: El pago total de la comisión puede ser dividido en dos o tres pagos, los cuales corresponderán al proceso del dibujo (boceto, color base, coloreado final). ES IMPORTANTE RECORDAR QUE PARA EMPEZAR LA COMISIÓN SE NECESITA AL MENOS EL PRIMER PAGO.♡ NO DEVOLUCIONES
En caso de cancelar la comisión, el proceso de la misma se detendrá y se entregará la versión más reciente del dibujo, pero no se contará con devoluciones de lo previamente pagado.

FORMA DE TRABAJO
♡ Los avances de la comisión serán enviados durante el proceso de la misma. La artista está obligada a enviar avances de la comisión al menos una vez por semana.♡ Solamente se harán cambios mayores a la comisión durante el sketch y no más de tres veces (expresión, poses, anatomía). Una vez se apruebe el boceto solamente podrán solicitarse cambios menores (colores, sombras y luces).
♡ Los cambios de poses, perspectivas o estructura anatómica no son aceptados una vez el sketch sea aprobado.♡ Si se desea hacer algún cambio una vez el coloreado se ha empezado, se requerirá un porcentaje extra de pago.
